bdbet Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the bdbet platform. This document contains detailed rules on account registration, accepting bonuses, financial transactions and user responsibilities.
General Provisions
bdbet is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdbet and any user of the platform. By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any service, the user confirms that they have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.
These Terms are available in English and Bengali. If there is any difference in meaning between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.
1.1 Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all services provided through the bdbet website, mobile application (Android and iOS), and any other channel. All activities on bdbet — including managing an account, playing games, placing bets, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — are governed by these Terms.
1.2 Age Restriction
Opening an account on bdbet and participating in any form of betting or casino gaming is permitted only for persons aged 21 or above. bdbet reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification. If an underage person registers, their account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Account Registration
Each user may open only one account. It is strictly prohibited to operate multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bank or mobile banking account, or from the same device.
2.1 Required Information
The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:
- Full name (as shown on the National ID card or passport)
- Active mobile number
- Email address (optional, where applicable)
- Date of birth
Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being closed at any time. bdbet may request a National ID card or other documents for verification purposes.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
bdbet follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Identity verification documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.
Account Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing account credentials with anyone else or sharing an account is prohibited.
3.1 Password Policy
Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number or special character. It is recommended to change your password regularly.
3.2 Unauthorised Access
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the bdbet support team immediately. In such cases, bdbet may temporarily suspend the account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
bdbet supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks) for deposits and withdrawals.
4.1 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for all payment methods. There is no maximum limit, although additional verification may apply for large transactions.
4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Funds will be sent only to the payment account used for the deposit, or to an account verified through KYC.
4.3 Account Matching Policy
The mobile banking or bank account used for a deposit must match the name registered on the bdbet account. Deposits or withdrawals involving third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.4 Withdrawals with an Active Bonus
If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled automatically. To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement must be met — see the next section for detailed rules.
Bonuses and Promotions
bdbet offers various bonuses and promotions on the platform. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be completed. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to become eligible to withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.
5.2 Weekly and Recurring Bonuses
Other available bonuses and their terms:
- bdbet Weekly Reload Bonus: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x bonus; minimum deposit ৳500. Applicable once per week.
- bdbet Slot Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x bonus; minimum deposit ৳500. Applicable to slot games only.
- Weekend Special Reward: 30% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 18x bonus; minimum deposit ৳500. Applicable to deposits made on the last two days of the week.
- Birthday Gift: reward up to ৳1,500; wagering 10x bonus. Once per year during the birthday month.
- Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳2,000; wagering 12x bonus. Applicable when the referred friend completes registration and a deposit.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus can be claimed only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is considered fraud.
- bdbet reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.
- Games played with bonus funds may not always count towards wagering — refer to the specific bonus terms.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to sports betting and casino games on bdbet.
6.1 Conditions for Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, bdbet reserves the right to cancel any bet that is found to be erroneous. Bets placed at abnormal odds or by exploiting a technical error may be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.
6.2 Live Games and Slots
All game outcomes are determined in real time through an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage varies by game and is stated on each game's information page.
6.3 Technical Issues
bdbet is not liable for losses caused by the user's internet connection failure, device issues, or third-party service failures. If a game is left incomplete due to a server issue, bdbet may decide to void or reinstate the result of that round.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbet platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Operating multiple accounts or conducting transactions through another person's account.
- Manipulating the bonus system — claiming the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts.
- Match-fixing or game manipulation, or placing bets based on insider information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Playing through bots, automation software, or any other form of strategic manipulation.
- Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Use of Data
Users' names, mobile numbers, and transaction information are used for service delivery, KYC verification, and fraud prevention. Data is shared with third parties only when legally required.
8.2 Cookies and Tracking
The bdbet website uses cookies to improve its services. By continuing to use the site, the user consents to the use of cookies.
Limitation of Liability
bdbet is committed to providing a high-quality service. However, bdbet is not liable in the following situations:
- Losses arising from the user's internet connection, device, or third-party service failures.
- Account information being leaked or hacked due to the user's own negligence.
- Service disruption caused by natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances.
- Game results not meeting the user's expectations.

Account Closure and Suspension
bdbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account, particularly in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
- KYC information found to be false or incomplete.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
11.1 User-Initiated Account Closure
Any user may request to close their own account. In that case, the remaining balance (provided wagering requirements are met) may be withdrawn.
